First of all, welcome to "Metal Arcade" everyone! I hope you all enjoy your stay here and take part in all the forums and mini arcade games and features this site has available. As with any site, there are certain rules they go by. The rules here are basic, simple and don't require many brain cells to follow lol but seriously though, We hope the rules are followed and respected. They apply to each and every member on these forums. If not followed, you will be given warnings and your warning level on your profiles raised. So wherever you post, everyone will know how high your warning level is. If you continue to not abide by the rules, you will be banned for a certain amount of time, depending on level of violation. I know that sounds harsh, but like I said, you will be given warnings first. These are just basic rules for now. We will be adding more rules as the Forums progress. Rules and Regulations:
Please read all the rules

> No swearing of any kind, especially in the shoutbox. Only Admin. and Staff are allowed to swear, no exceptions. Violators will be given a warning, their warning level raised and their messages will be deleted. Further violations will result in a ban, depending on level of violation.
> No advertising or URL's allowed in shout box or anywhere in the Forums or in the Arcade without prior permission from the Admin Staff, no exceptions. That's what the forums will be for eventually. Plus, we will later create a topic for the purpose of advertising alone. And please post them in the proper forums. Violators will be warned, their warning level raised and their ads and URL's deleted. Further violations will result in a ban, depending on level of violation.
> No disrespecting of any kind towards other members of the site, especially the Admin Staff and Staff. We are the one's who provide you, the members with all the features available on this site and help you with certain issues in trying to keep this site safe and fun for everyone. All we ask in return is your cooperation, respect and the ability to follow this site's simple rules.
> No Spamming of any kind will not be allowed. Examples of spamming's are: posting short phrases such as, "well said" or "good point" or "lol" or "I agree". You may post these phrases, but you must add something else to it. It get's pretty annoying when members only post these short phrases by themselves just to try to raise their number of postings. Another example of spamming is to continue to post something that has nothing to do with that topic. Please post in the proper forum and topic. If you cannot find a topic anywhere in the Forums that relates to what you want to post, you are welcome to start a new topic in the proper forum.
> DO NOT ask any members of the staff or the Admin. to raise your rank and/or change your name's font color. First of all, the staff members do not have the authority to raise anybody's rank or change your name's color. They can go as far as recommend someone, then the staff as well as the Admin. discuss the member in question. They can all give their opinions and views, but it is the Admin Staff who has the final say. If the Admin chooses to raise a certain members rank and/or font color, we do so for a reason and it is NOT anybody else's place to ask us why we did it. We are the admin. and we have ALL right to raise someone else's rank and/or even demote them. But we assure you that we don't do it simply "because". If we feel they earned it and/or they deserve it and we see that it will help benefit the site, then we may do it. We don't appreciate hateful comments towards the Admin. simply because we promoted a certain member. Once again, we are the Admin. and we have all the right to promote and/or demote members and it's nobody's place to ask us why, we know why we do it, so do not question our intentions, thank you.
> ABSOLUTELY NO Racist, Hateful or Ignorant personal remarks are, Or Ever Will Be Allowed. No exceptions and No second chances. These guidelines are your first and only warning. Once violated, your remarks or posts will be deleted, your warning level raised 2 notched not just 1, 10 post counts will be taken away from you (if your post count is less than 10 at the time of the violation, then you will have zero) and you will be banned for a week. We take this violation very seriously and we will not tolerate it. Once again, these guidelines are your only warning for this particular violation.
> If any member, at any time, encounters someone constantly breaking the rules or harassing you in any way that we are not aware of, please don't try to settle disputes yourself. Instead PM the Admin Staff and we will take the appropriate actions on those members.
>There are levels of "Bans" on here. But a "Permanent Ban" is the highest anybody can get. A member would have to be a total nuisance to everybody, including the Admin and Staff and be totally ignorant of all the rules of the site to be permanently banned. So if you get a permanent ban, you have nobody else to blame but yourself.
> Also, and we take the following violations seriously too: We will NOT tolerate "poachers" and/or members who only join to steal away our other members, "Copying" or "Stealing" our ideas, guidelines and smilies. If we find out (and eventually we usually do), those members in question will get an automatic ban and their post count lowered.
>As the site progresses, We will add more forum topics dealing with problems you may have with the site, the arcade, the forums, etc. Look for those topics in the forums sometime in the near future. Also, on the left hand side of the sites main page (portal), you will find the "board navigation list". Click where is says "Help" and it will take you to the help files. Try to find your answer to a problem there first. If you can't find the answer you need, then go to the "Help/Suggestions" Topics in the Main Forums page and check the forums for topics dealing with your problem. If you still haven't found your answer, then PM your problem to the site's Admin Staff and we will investigate the problem and do our best to correct it.
> If you really think about it, the rules aren't really that harsh and strict. They are basically there to keep order in the forums and make everyone's stay a safe and enjoyable one, without the worry of having someone constantly harassing and/or disrupting order around here. Otherwise members won't want to come back. I'm not asking for members to be like robots lol We actually want members to enjoy posting all they want. The more the better. Be funny, Be sarcastic (we are lol), be loud, be grumpy, be silly, be all you want. As long as you follow the rules and are not being disrespectful to the rest of us. This is your forum as well and we need your help as well in making it fun and safe. We always encourage everyone to help keep the forum going by inviting friends or someone you know to come and join and register as a member. The more, the better. We would appreciate your help with that. If you wish to report a rule breaking please PM a member of the staff, if it is about a regular member.

All problems with staff are to be reported to either myself or ChitoDog, so it can be handled properly.

For offensive reasons, nobody can say fuck, shit, and bitch.

Also when dealing with tommy, these rules no longer apply, until his account is deleted again.
